Pumpkin Spice Latte

Creamy, cozy, and classic—real pumpkin puree + warm spices.

2 shots espresso (60 ml) or 1/2 cup strong coffee
1 cup milk of choice (240 ml)
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
1–2 tbsp maple syrup, to taste
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Whipped cream + extra spice (optional)

Steps

Whisk milk, pumpkin, maple, spice, and vanilla in a small pot until steaming.
Pull espresso into a mug.
Froth pumpkin milk; pour over espresso. Top with whipped cream and spice.

Witches’ Brew Mocha (Black Cocoa)

A dramatic, midnight mocha using black cocoa for color and depth.

Ingredients

2 shots espresso
1 cup milk (240 ml)
1 tbsp black cocoa powder (or 2 tsp Dutch + 1 tsp black cocoa)
1 oz dark chocolate, chopped (optional)
1–2 tbsp sugar or simple syrup
Pinch of salt

Steps

Stir cocoa, sugar, and salt with 2 tbsp hot water; melt in dark chocolate.
Steam/froth milk and combine with the cocoa base.
Add espresso, stir until velvety. Optional: spiderweb chocolate swirl.
