When people hear “realtor,” they usually picture someone walking through beautifully staged homes and handing over shiny keys to happy buyers. And yes, those are the moments we live for. But behind the scenes? It’s a whole lot more.

Here’s a peek into what an average day might look like for me:

• Morning Hustle: My day starts early with coffee (always coffee first ☕). Then it’s checking emails, confirming appointments, and making sure clients have what they need before the day gets moving.

• On the Go: Between showings, open houses, inspections, and the occasional last-minute “Can we see this property right now?” call, I practically live in my car. Good playlists and good shoes are a must.

• The Paperwork Side: While showing homes is the fun part, a big chunk of my time is spent reviewing contracts, disclosures, and making sure every “i” is dotted and “t” is crossed.

• Curveballs: Deals fall through, inspections bring surprises, and sometimes clients change their minds mid-day. Staying flexible is part of the job — and honestly, it keeps things interesting.

• Evening Wind-Down: I often wrap up the day by writing offers, returning calls, or just catching up on the day’s whirlwind.

What keeps me going? Coffee, comfortable shoes, and a sense of humor. The truth is, no two days in real estate are alike — and that’s what I love about it.
